Shipping & Returns

 

Payment:

* We prefer PayPal and only ship to PayPal confirmed address. For international buyers, we only ship to PayPal verified users. So before bidding, please kindly verify your PayPal account. 

* We only accept credit card payment for US and Canada customer, however, we will ship package after verify the payment.  No credit card accept for any other countries.

 

Shipping:
* Get it fast!  USA shipper located near DALLAS, TX.  Don't wait 3+ weeks for shipments from China!

* We guarantee the item will be treated well, and also protected well.  Some units may have box with minor scuffs / scratches from being bulk shipped from warehouse. We guarantee the products are new.

* We buy shipping insurance for every single package we ship out.  If your package is lost or damaged, please be patient to work with us to get your package covered.

 
Domestic Shipping:
* We ship to United States including APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, etc. with delivery confirmation numbers.
* We normally use USPS shipping service. Shipping time depends on the service you choose, usually 2 to 5 days.
* We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the Shipping carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods and holidays.
* Note that every package over $250 will require signature, please present yourself to sign for the package or you can receive it at your local post office if missed.
* Local pick-ups are allowed, contact us to arrange an appointment if you are in the Dallas area.
* Please allow sufficient time for delivery and contact us if you don't receive your package within 14 business days (domestic), or 21 business days (international).
* All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days from the date of cleared payment. Delivery confirmation will be sent via e-mail when your order is processed.
* Please make sure the address and email on your payment is current. Our shipping service do not cover forwarding service, thus if you are not residing at your shipping address provided in PayPal, Please be aware of this and make sure to update your address to your current address before you make the payment.
* If the package is returned due to wrong address, the buyer will be charged for reshipping fee or we will refund the original amount with shipping charges deducted.

 

 

Returns:
* If an item is defective upon receipt, customer has up to 14 days from date of receipt to return for an exchange or refund.
* Return shipping fee is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (if we sent the wrong product).
* If you need to return something, please contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send pictures if applicable for confirmation.  We will charge 10% or more depend on condition of returned product.
